Yellow Dog Software provides inventory solutions for the hospitality and sports markets. It's platform is a full featured Retail, Food & Beverage and Concessions inventory system built to handle the merchandise needs of resorts, casinos, restaurants, bars, stadiums, universities, clubs and general retail operations. During my time at Yellow Dog Software, I have had many roles as the company grew. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing all related changes. This includes APIs, Mobile Apps, Web Applications, and hosting.
Lumastic was a platform for creators to accomplish projects with a community. Initial target market was for hobbyists and YouTube Creators to have a platform where they could engage with other members of their field for assistance on projects. It was a place to show progress of a project overtime and record the process by using rich text and multimedia content.
Develop and maintain components of an inventory management software solution. The solution is based on a MSSQL database backend with a long-term support WinForms Client application and iOS/Android Applications.
Served in a DevOps Role for a Software Development Organization. Performed as the escalation point for support tickets to provide fixes and fact finding prior to being escalated to the development group.
Implemented and maintained the Software items in the Service Portfolio and Pipeline. This includes tier 2 & 3 end user support, diagnosing software problems and scheduled maintenance. In addition, they provide advanced system administration/configuration tasks and consult customers on proposed changes within In House (Custom) Applications and third-party COTS software products.
